At Truva Lounge Cocktail Bar, we are committed to delivering an exceptional Mediterranean dining and cocktail experience. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our policies below.
1. Dining Requirement
Truva Lounge Cocktail Bar operates as a dining-focused venue. Table reservations are accepted for guests intending to dine from our food menu. We are unable to accommodate table bookings for drinks only. Guests wishing to enjoy drinks are welcome on a walk-in basis at the bar area, subject to availability.
2. Table Allocation
While we always aim to accommodate specific table requests, we reserve the right to allocate and reassign tables or seating areas as required to ensure smooth service. Specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
3. Minimum Food Order
To secure a reservation, guests are required to order food from our menu. Management reserves the right to apply and enforce a minimum food order requirement where applicable.
4. Reservation Integrity
Our booking system is designed to provide a complete dining experience. If a reservation is made under false pretences (for drinks only), we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Due to limited space within the venue, we are unable to accommodate pushchairs or prams on Fridays and Saturdays. We kindly ask guests to make the necessary arrangements prior to arrival.

Guests who choose to bring their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages will be subject to a corkage fee
- Applicability: Applies to any beverage brought in and opened on the premises, regardless of size or content.
- Exemption: Unopened beverages that remain sealed during your visit will not incur a fee.
- Enforcement: The corkage fee will be added to your final bill.
We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you intend to bring external beverages.
9. Cake Cutting Fee
Guests bringing personal cakes or desserts for on-site consumption will be charged a
- Covers cutting, plating, and serving
- Applies regardless of cake size or number of portions
- Added to the final bill
We appreciate prior notice if you plan to bring a cake or dessert.
10. General Policy
All applicable fees will be automatically added to your bill. These charges are non-negotiable and apply to all guests who choose to bring external items as outlined above.
11. Photography & Videography
By making a reservation and/or dining at Truva Lounge Cocktail Bar, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place within the venue for marketing and promotional purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to the possibility of your image being captured and used accordingly.
